Shipping and Refunds Policy

Royal mail is the courier use to ship all order and customer  can choose which Shipping fee option suits them at check out.

Shipping takes about 1-2 working days. Please note that strikes may affect when your order get shipped and or delivered.

The time duration indicated above or at the check out Shipping page if any is for Shipping only and does not include processing time.

We aim to hand in all order recieved to Royal mail by 12 noon each working day.

If you miss your delivery, Royal Mail will leave you a note letting you know what next. They might make another attempt or ask you through a note to pick your item at their office within your locality.

If your tracking info says “Return to sender” please contact us to rearrange shipping. In this case you might have to pay another shipping fee.

REFUND POLICY.
For hygiene reason and  the nature of some products being bespoke All sales are final!

You are eligible for refund or exchange if you get the wrong item delivered to you.

You are entitled to a refund until your order starts getting  processed. Please note that due to charges you may not get exact amount back.

You are entitled to a refund If your order was shipped to a different address from what you filled out. If you filled out the wrong shipping address or would like to change it please contact us immediately. We would not be responsible for orders that are unaccounted for due to incorrect or incomplete address from your part.

We are not responsible for any order damaged,  lost or stollen in transit or upon delivery. If you notify us, we will help to open a complaint with  Royal Mail for a compensation. So please let us know.

As we have little to no control over how Royal Mail operates, if your order gets delayed from their end,  you would not be entitled to a refund from us. But please do let us know and we will contact Royal Mail on your behalf.

Where refund is made, this could take up to 10 working days to reflect please allow some time.
